1. Our Approach to Cookies

At CuraWorks Ltd., we believe in keeping things simple and respecting your privacy.

Because we do not use non-essential cookies, you will not see a disruptive cookie consent banner when visiting our site. We believe you should be able to browse our public platform information without being tracked.

To understand which pages are useful, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that counts page views without setting cookies, storing anything on your device, or identifying or tracking you across sites.

2. Booking a Demo

Our booking page (curaworks.co.uk/demo) embeds a scheduling calendar provided by HubSpot. It loads only on that page, never on the rest of the site.

The calendar's only cookie is __cf_bm, a security cookie set on HubSpot's domains to tell people apart from automated traffic. It expires after 30 minutes and is strictly necessary for the calendar to work. Our page tells the calendar not to load HubSpot's analytics, so it is not used to track you.

If you complete our maturity assessment and then choose to book a demo, your browser briefly holds the name and email address you entered (in session storage, deleted as soon as the booking page reads it) so the calendar opens already filled in.

3. Essential Platform Data (inBedded App)

Please note that this policy applies to our public marketing website (curaworks.co.uk).

If you are an authorized user logging into the secure inBedded software application, that application utilizes localized browser storage (like secure session tokens) strictly for authentication, security, and essential application functionality (such as keeping you safely logged into your hospital's secure environment). These are entirely separate from marketing trackers and are covered under your organisation's Enterprise usage agreements.

4. Changes to This Policy

If we ever decide to implement targeted analytics or tracking cookies in the future to improve website functionality, we will update this policy and implement a compliant cookie consent mechanism before setting any such cookies.
